For everything under the sun there is a time. In 2002, it was the time you gave me the mandate to be the Chief scribe of the Association. That mandate was renewed in 2004.

Today, 2006, it is the time to go. My heart and hands bit you farewell. My score card is right before you, and your judgement is correct. You are dear to me. Indeed I am appreciative of your mandate. I wish you well.
