Constraints / Challenges
Attendance at meetings very low
The desiring members are often discouraged by lack of renumeration for the profession as done in other fields like special education, science etc. However, the branch is determined to mobilize members fully until 100% attendance is achieved
Suggestions
The organization should do something urgently to enable members derive renumeration for the profession.
Future plans
- Sustenance of grassroot enlightenment for members in rural schools
- Sustenance of career activities at the local government level
- Rescheduled planned state workshop for primary school teachers on behaviour problems among pupils for the year.
